Anyone using a master cutter xy-300p? and if so what blades do you use for detailed and small vinyl lettering? It seem like every time i by some they are junk. Especially if I go threw master warehouse and get blades form the manufacturer.

sometimes I can never get the blade to cut right so I don't spend a ton of time weeding or having the cuts leave little tails.

any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I've even cut reflective with his 45 deg blade, cut like a hot knife through butter.....

Hi, Easystreet and everyone, nice to be associated with this forum too.  To cut small letters most people go to a 60° blade, but you  have to tweak the offset for them to cut correctly.  Same a when a blade wears a bit.  When you are getting corner tags in your design you will need to increase your blade offset to make the plotter cut farther into the corners or farther around a zero or an o. Cool

Ross,
Welcome to the forum.
I second the comment that your blades are the absolute best.
