Nothing against MIS (Ink Supply), I just want all my ink to be from the same supplier and Cobra fills the bill. Their Heat Transfer ink is the best I have used with my ClearSoft paper..

I chose the Cobra made in the USA vs. the imported Cobra.
I use the larger carts and only buy enough to last a couple of months.

I'll send you a couple of JPG test images if you want.
I print one each morning and I have not had a issue with flow. Two of my WF1100 use refillable carts and one has a CIS system I modified.

Thanks Ken,

I guess where I am confusd is that in the cart. you can purchase the 69 or 68 where 68 is the high capacity. When you are in the bulk ink part I do not see code 68 just the 69. Do you use the 69? I don't see where it states where it is imported from.

Thank you!

MY BAD..........I forgot to add the link to the page......look to the left hand side of the page you will see the 68 type with 5 carts for $31.
http://www.cobraink.com/cartridges%20pigment.htm

When you go to the BULK INK page you see part numbers EP-xxx and CP-xxx the EP is imported and the CP is made in the USA.

Once you have the carts.........they are good until they die, I haven't had one die yet. The ink is purchased in your choice of bottle sizes on the bulk ink page. http://www.cobraink.com/ink%20pigment.htm

I use the 4 mill. size. This size gives you LOTS of refills.

The carts come with syringes and directions as to how to fill them. I can explain the whole process over the phone easier than my busted up old fingers can type. When you get to that stage let me know and I will PM you my phone number.

I live in Saudi Arabia, am new to all of this, I did so much research and bought the clamshell hotronix (I have not got it yet) now I want to buy a printer, I see Epson is the most popular, my question

is it ok to just use the printer with its original ink, or defiantly the cis is the better deal?

If cis is better then what cis should I buy for Epson 1400, and Epson 88?

Can I use heat transfer on stickers for plastic card like gift cards and access cards?

finally thank you for the nice website it is so useful, thanks
