Got a couple of the cheap collapsible Koozies and gave it a shot with Dark inkjet transfer paper.  I followed the instructions for shirts (350 degrees for 15 seconds) and it worked just fine.  I even decided to do a contour cut on small text as well.  I picked it up with Unimask from Coastal with no problems at all   Grin

I paid $0.85 per for these 10 but found them for $0.60 if you buy 100

Wow...that looks really good.  I wonder if JPSS would work on light colored koozies.  I'll have to give that a try.

I'd also like to get some of these jersey Koozies for bottles but I do not have a need for 100!  If one or two others are interested I wouldn't mind splitting up a 100 count order?!?!?!

Blank price is the $1.54 which is why I do not need 100.  I'm going to buy a quantity of the $0.64 versions but want a few (30-50) of the jersey version.  There is a link in the post above for those that want to check it out...

I can't imagine vinyl wouldn't work.  If anyone has used vinyl on the mousepads or coasters it seems to be the same material on the surface.

Just curious if you had any problems when you pressed the koozie if the two sides fused (melted) together. I pressed one this morning with opaque printed paper on a orange koozie and the orange bled thru the white pretty bad and the koozie is not usable as you can't open it up, it melted together. I am assuming you have to put some type of material (maybe a piece of wood) between the 2 sides.

http://www.koozielady.com/  Great prices and huge selection of colors & patterns.

They lay completely flat because the sides are not yet sewn.  This eliminates the fusing together problem.  They are easily embroidered & take vinyl very well.  I haven't tried transfer paper.  I called the company and got samples - every color and pattern available.  Some of my samples are koozie cups, and some are squares of materials, so I can stitch and vinyl some up and show every pattern available without a lot of cost.  After they are decorated, you stick them on a regular sewing machine and stitch up the sides, turn them right side out, done.

This is my first posting.  I am new to the site and I have just been reading topics.  I recently added rhinestones to my business.  I bought the DAS system.  I did coldie holdies yesterday (koozies) which I purchased from TSC which were 56 cents ea. and available in 8 colors.  I heat pressed with rhinestones and gave away for promo at the high school when I went to make a delivery.  They went over well.

The trick when pressing was that I cut a piece of cardboard to fit tightly inside the holder so the side seams were aligned and I could press in the center front.

They have brought back the Tultex brand if anyone is familiar with it.
