has anyone used this stuff?

http://www.asc365.com/index.asp?ID=WW00112then cut your design and press, well they have a video of the process but they are chinese, doesnt tell you what way the adhesive paper goes on, had to figure that out, but once i pressed it the paper will not release
any one tried it?
