I have around 125 experts 24 machines out on the market cutting rhinestone templates and some for a year cutting templates.

Actually the machine is pretty well suited for this work as most material does not require the down force you might think to cut the material and with winpcsigns ability to cut multiple rotations makes it even better.

The expert 24 has 250 grams of down force and it doesn't really care what kind of material it cuts.. as long as its in those capabilities.

I have had in depth conversations with GCC about this application as i am head long into the rhinestone industry and they certainly indicate to me that there is no longevity issue with the Expert 24 cutting template material.

As for Stahls comments on machines,, well they are just wrong and what they say is not biblical and shouldn't be taken that way.

I can give you some reasoning behind this,,, Up until this year they would have nothing to do with a machine with stepper motors and have always pushed the Roland and servo motors ( by the way Roland is at 250 grams down force also) until GCC came out with a inexpensive unit the Expert 24 LX with an optical eye for contour cutting oh and by the way a unit with stepper motors,,, well before the light bulb went off and they realized how much money they are loosing in sales as it was a cardinal sin to even mention a machine with stepper motors let alone use one so apparently some sort of epiphany happened to reverse their previous policy and one would think it would be the all mighty dollar not sure but I think the smell of Denmark just tripled.

They saw such the sales potential of the stepper motor with a contour cut capability that they tried to get an exclusive on it and kinda succeeded as all new dealers cant sell the LX which I think caused Lou to have issues with GCC.

As for the comment that the Expert 24 would not cut rhinestone template material is just plain hog wash as they are not in the rhinestone business and have not a clue,, but you can bet your boots if they were in the rhinestone business that Expert 24 would be the best thing since biscuits and gravy.

So to close the Expert 24 is well suited to do Rhinestones,, why because I have proven this to be true with the amount of machines I have in the industry doing this same thing day in and day out with out fail.

You know that I am amazed that this is still a conversation. I proved over a year ago that these materials could be cut with a Graphtec robo which is a much less machine. MMM and Roger have put extensive work and studies into Rhinestoning and Roger and Lou both sell the cutters. Are we still listening to the media hype and greed of big companies such as Stahls. Don't get me wrong they have great products and are a good company but, come on we have trusted friends here that use these products daily in their own businesses and passing the information along to us for free. I think that I will take the word of MMM and Roger as well as Cochise and Charles any day over a large corporation. Lou has built a forum here that contains real information and the long standing members have put a lot of work and effort into giving us good information that can be trusted. I personally will take their word over a large corporation any day. Once again I say thanks for your hard work and input guy's and I love you all!!!!!!!!!!!

Yep it would be the best job, to test and report, things for others, so they dont have to waste money on things that do not  work..

I just down loaded the demopro10 and when it comes up on my computer screen it is all mixed up numbers etc.  What am I doing wrong?  Any help.

Send roger a message , or maybe put a post up on winpc forum, he might see that faster as he gets hundreds of emails every day,

It might have a glitch going on or something.

I have a new press coming on tuesday too, i love new toys that help us do our work better and faster.

I have had my GCC expert since last oct ,, and I love this cutter,,,,,I do not use Great cut, to cut from,
I cut from Winpcsign2012, corel, stone cut.

Just wanted to share,, Still loving this cutter,
