I have been cutting mainly sheets with my graphtec since i got it & went to go cut some 15" vinyl on a roll, so i polled my cutter & it sent back my length & width reversed ( it told be my 15" roll was 196" wide & 13.86" long).

Then i just switched it back to the 24"x196" factory setting, then sent my job to the cutter & instead of cutting it north/south like it was showing in cut master, it tried to cut it east/west...

Anybody have any ideas??

I figured it out, my axis needed switching....I must have changed it by accident..... Roll Eyes
