Richard at Cobra Ink ROCKS!  www.cobraink.com  Here's my testimonial.  A little long.  I you don't want to read it all, that's okay - just know that Richard Rocks!

Full disclosure: I have not had an opportunity to test Cobra Inks.  I have, however, tested his customer service....to the limit.   :'(

I was reading through some recent posts about pigment inks when I ran across a post about Cobra's refillable cartridges.  I knew they had the continuous ink systems, but I had forgotten all about the refillable cartridges.  So I skipped over to his website to begin my search.

Then in dawned on me.  I have a WF1100 with the Cobra-installed continuous ink system sitting in the corner unused.  Think...Think...Oh yeah.  I couldn't get the thing to work right.  My fault.  Egg on face.  Lots to do - No time to figure it all out - So I put it in a corner and forgot about it.  Of course, there's nothing worse you can do with Epsons than to let them sit unused.

Time to wipe off the egg, suck-it-up, and see if Richard's willing to help.

He is one of the kindest, most service-driven businessmen in today's market.  He is agreeing to get me up and going under terms which are more than fair to me.  I am amazed.  Southern charm at its best!

I agree completely.

Folks ask me if I am on his payroll because I am always touting the ink and service.

There is nothing better than a vendor that has a vested interest in his clients success....... that is the attitude of the group at Cobra Ink.
