I have a customer that wants a shirt with text only.  It's a small order.  He wants it to feel 'rough' rather than the smooth texture.  Is there a vinyl that provides that feel or is there something that I can re-press with that will give it the less smooth surface?

Wink Get yourself some wet/dry 80 grit sandpaper and repress the item with the grit side toward the vinyl. Will give a rough texture, try other grits for different textures.  Wink

Wow, didn't know you could do this, will this only work on the Spectra Eco, or would it work with others also.

Should work with most brands, forgot to add that you may need to press for a few seconds additional time in order for the heat to get through the sandpaper. We add 5 seconds using the Thermoflex Xtra & Plus.  Cool

There is a product called FlexCut Sweet which is designed to give more of a 'screen-printed' like finish - it is slightly textured and really quite thin. You'll still be able to tell the difference between this and screen-printing but it may be worth a try. FlexCut Sweet is manufactured in Europe but they are likely to have distributors worldwide.
