I have a Maxx Heat Press I can't seem to get my press to lock when using the big pad.  I have turned the knob the whole way up and down and no where will it lock, I locked it then turned it one fourth turn then went the whole way up and down turning the knob. Any Suggestions thanks.

I have been demoing the big pad over the last  3 days at NBM and we have not had a problem on all presses. I have a mighty press 15 and have used it many times. What are you pressing?

Pressing tee shirts but the handle will not lock down on the pad with nothing on it

The machine is new and think it was just stiff Kept working the handle and now have it working with the pad thanks for the help.

That is great news. This item very popular at NBM Show and I showed how it worked over and over again on several of our machines. Remember the added thickness has to be adjusted for. Lou
