Just ask. It is really that simple. We don't even have to pay a fee since some of the proceeds will go to scholarships.

There is an application process but making a few samples of things they don't already sell is the key.

i looked into that a few months ago & found it to big a huge hassle, lots of hoops to jump thru, to sale "normal" stuff - shirts, decals, etc....You had to buy a license & they came in several price ranges & you had to run whatever you planned to sale with the trademark by a committee or something for their approval....

but found we could go through various departments or fraternities for fundraisers & such or if even a department want something special, they can pass the rights to reproduce the trademarks for that certain order....

That is what we are doing. Someone else jumped through the hoops and are donating their profits to scholarships. We get to keep ours.
