Has anyone's cutter ever stopped cutting before the job was complete? It happened to me last week and it has happened again today. Checked ports and spooling...losing vinyl. Shocked

Yes, my workspace is big enough. If I tried to cut 2 lines of images (6 per line) horizontally, if you count from left to right, images in the 6th and 9th position won't finish the cut. The printer queue says printing but has stopped. Hope this doesn't sound too crazy. I've done some research and tried some things but no solution.

i dont have a GCC cutter, so i cant diagnose your problem, my guess would be your cutting software..... but Roger sells them....PM heatpressvinyl on here & i am sure he can help you out

also make sure the image you are cutting is inside the cutting box on your computer,,

if it over flows out of the box it will not be cut,,

to cut larger items adjust the size of the cutting box in your settings in your software
