is there any ink jet transfer paper that can print pigment inks on to any color t-shirt and only leave the ink?

No. But the polymer ( sp check ) does go away when garment is washed when using jpss.

 I have never found ANY inkjet transfer paper that will work on dark garments that I will use. All have a very heavy hand..feels like plastic sitting on top

Hey Foote good to see you. No there is no ink jet paper that will print just the ink to dark colored shirts. The reason being is that ink jets do not print white ink, so the only way to print to dark colors is to print on a white background first then press to the shirt. Hope this helps.
