Can anyone recommend a good quality printer for printing large prints. I would like to get one that has the ability to accept rolls of material along with sheet feed.

The answer will be that you have to ask what do you want to print with a 13 x 100 roll that you can't print on 13 x 19 sheets.

Here is a link to all Epsons large format printers. The R3000 will have the roll brackets.

I use the WF1100 for all my large format needs. In the future I could make a roll dispenser to mount on the table behind it. This would save lots of money in the long run.

Thanks for the reply Ken

After posting that question I did a little research on the net and found that Papilio sells rolls of vinyl 12" x 30'. I'm thinking now that I can rig up a holder above my Epson 1400 and feed the roll into it. Some of the prints will be 11" x 24". I do have the Roland SP-300 I can also use but this new project I have will work better on the Epson once I get everything set up.

Well played!!! There is no reason why that won't work. Just be sure the paper roller releases the paper smoothly/easily and send me pictures so I can get inspired to make mine!!!

That's funny. Yes, it's three easy steps, #1 Print the black image, #2. Cut the black out of the way and #3. Stick the toilet seat cover over the image and away you go. One of those NOW WHY DIDN'T I THINK OF THAT?
