I was wondering if anyone here in the forums deals with a company or companies that sales Koozies?. I have a customer that needs 300 of them to give away for their  business with a 1 color screen-print. If anyone has a lead I would really appreciate the help. Thank you, Ryan

Be sure you have your anti virus software on line. The internet and the world is full of wackos and losers that love to add spamware and viruses to searches.

Ken, Do you screen print them or do you use vinyl?. If I am going to do 300 I might just do transfers to add a lot of images on a page and save some money. I think that should work out nice being that this is my fist promotional(koozie) order.  Wink

How I imprint depends on the amount of Koozies ordered.

Ganged sheet plastisol heat transfers would work nicely for your job.

I always wonder why folks do these themselves.....Right now you can buy 250 printed on 2 sides from a supplier for about 106.00 plus freight...

Also check out J.I.T. Mfg http://www.jitmfginc.com/ They do up to 3 sides (2 sides and/or bottom) with no set up or screen fees. Puff ink used. The economy koozies will run about 42 cents each with distributor discount for 300.
You can request a sample and catalog for free too. FOB Texas

I buy mine from Coastal http://www.coastalbusiness.com/beverageinsulator-12ozfoldablestylewseams.aspx

They are white so I don't have to have a base color and can decorate them as needed.  Hope that helps on the "blank" end.
