I have use both and have no problems with either of them.....Both can be found for as low as 32.50 for 5 yards so there is no price advantage either way....

Both are good....those are my vinyls of choice...I like the Siser better, but I think that's just a personal preference, and nothing to do with the quality.

We use siser,   The first thing we ordered was digicut and used it for a couple of thing, and it peeled on uniforms.  I dont know if it was a bad role and the other is good, or just bad.  Switched to siser and have liked it so far.  Just wanted to know if there was anything better.

I prefer Thermoflex over about everything else I've used.

Many on here like Roger's vinyl, but I've not used it so I can't give a comment on it.

At the end of the thread people talking about certain people not wanting a transfer shirt, I take it that screen printing melts more into a shirt and becomes more plyable and a transfer is more stiff and thick? If so does that apply to vinyl transfers and transfers made by screen printing with plastisol onto sheets to be later used on a heat press to a shirt?

Before we added our new line of vinyl we sampled and tested every basic vinyl, from very manufacturer. We did blind testing and found that there was virtually no difference in the feel from one to another. Also, they all performed about the same when cutting, printing, and washing.

While most vinyls are very similar, there are some differences in thickness and opacity.....For example if you get several different samples of white and press them over red vinyl and look at all the swatches you will see a subtle difference in how well they cover....Some of the thinner less opaque vinyls will look a little pinkish....

I agree with charles,, I get mine from Heatpressvinyl.com

I also get my flock from there and now Roger has sign vinyl as well, FDC and 3m

I got a nice roll of printable FDC  the stuff they use for bubble heads,, on walls.

Now i can cut off a hunk and send to friends with printers when i need something printed,,

but because it is white I also use if for repositionalbe Wall art
