Right, right , right.... I have seen vinyl for nylon but did not think of the stretchy aspect. Ugh.

It wouldn't need to stretch a lot.
The cuffs do expand, but I don't think it would be too much for the vinyl to cope with.
Get a sample and try it, see what happens.

I was thinking this, this afternoon. Is there a particular vinyl that you find works well with nylon? I know it's not the same material but I have found spectra flex works very well on bella ribbed tanks. It stretches quite nicely.

The choices are limited here in Aust.
But I have been using Thermoflex for Nylon, they have a special vinyl (lower temp/time) for nylon use. I found it to be pretty stretchy stuff.

If you were only doing text or basic logo, I think spectraflex would be OK. But a quick sample will tell you.

If you are heat pressing these, I would be concerned about the heat and pressure damaging the internal parts of the cuff.  Don't know what your design is, but what about sign vinyl?  I don't think the outside of the cuff stretches much if at all, the expansion is on the inside against the arm.

Let us know what you decide and how it works out.

As it is only a few seconds and temp is lower it should be OK.
I agree, the expansion will be mostly on the inside of the cuff so be less of an issue.
