our cutter is not on the list but we have been ok so far. we have an lp24. the problem is with a 1500 stone design when we try to cut with 2 passes it freezed up after the first circle.

what are we doing wrong?

It may be spooling to much info for that cutter,, I am not sure but let me send a email to signmax and see if they have any ideas

My small cutter does that also. I think it's needing more memory, but I haven't had the time to update it. I did add more memory to my regular cutter and have no problems with that happening to it. Sandy

thanks mmm. i use your youtube videos. not sure what the problem was with the design but it is better now.
