I did this plaque to give to my sister - a tribute to my brother-in-law who was very definitely one of the good guys.

Oracal 651 matte black applied to a 12 x12 ceramic tile.

Very impressive. So much information in a wonderful, short and to the point, artwork. Having not had the pleasure of meeting the man, I know a lot about him just from the tile, and am impressed by what I see and now know about him. Sorry for your loss. Very respectful remembrance.

That's beautiful!  It's obviously a work of love, and I respect the patience that went into weeding those details.

My sympathies to you and your family.
That represents a true labor of love with the obvious fine details in the weeding. I am impressed with the artistry of the creation and blending of the objects in the graphic.

Thanks, everyone. My sister will be coming down on the 28th. I can't wait to give it to her. It is a surprise.

As with most here I am sorry for your loss. You also did something here that I hoped inspired others as an add-on to their business. Sometimes something good comes from something bad. That was a wonderful plaque you made and a product that could easily sell I am sure. Lou

I'm sorry for your loss (I'm picking up old threads) here.  And saw the thread title.

I think I will attempt something like this in memory of my mom. Thanks for sharing with us.

Boomer, Being so busy as of late I am sorry that I missed this. My belated condolences. Very nice plaque and this makes me realize that I really need to slow down again and spend time with friends.

Thanks, Dad and meeowws. My sister loves it and keeps it on her mantle. Thank you for reminding me, I liked looking at it again. Definitely was a labor of love.
