Hello everyone,  I have been lurking around here on and off for awhile.  I have a good amount of experience as a sign maker and have been looking to add to my capabilities.  I have an epson 1100 that I plan to get set up with the pigment inks from cobra so I can print transfers, still need a heat press also.

Here's my question, what kind of quality is possible with this equipment?  I see alot of people say they are using this stuff with good results but I don't see anyone posting pictures of garments they have made.  Just seems like people would want to show off their success?

Anyhow I wanted to say thanks to everyone who shares their knowledge here and look forward to participating more in the future.

Here is a picture I recently posted in another thread ( I think). Printed with jpss paper from Coastal Business Supply and a Epson W1100.
I can't say that my sense of composition is spot on, but I was happy with the results. My ink is from Inksupply.com.

Thanks for the reply gprockhill!

Is that the image you printed, or a picture of the printed image?  <----Does that make sense?  If it is a picture of an image you printed I am very impressed, is it pressed on a garment?

I would really like to see some pictures of shirts that have been washed a few times.

I have a client that I used to print her shirts she wears every day in her cafe.  I started out printing with inkjet transfers and she wore them everyday and even bleached them every time she washed with color safe bleach.

They held up extremely well.

I have since switched to printing her shirts on regular screenprint just because I can and for me it is the cheaper way to print.

With the new papers and ink out there today the garments are lasting much longer and work really well.  Although, I still wouldn't say they will last as long as regular screenprint or plastisol transfers.

Good Luck!
