Hey all,

Ever since starting screenprintin a couple of years ago I have always used the pink emulsion Ryonet sells.

I had seen the other emulsions made by other manufactors and decided to try the Chromablue made by Chromaline.

FANTASTIC!!!!  I now burn screens in 10-15 seconds.  Yes, seconds.  Halftone dots come out great at 10 seconds, regular prints can go to 15 seconds.

I don't know if it would work with my old setup of a halogen light on a pole.  But with my homemade exposure unit with 6 bulbs and glass top it works great!

Best thing is the shelf life is 12 months!

Just wanted to share this with you all.

That's good to know. We've only used Textil PV from Saati. Do you have to mix the ChromaBlue or is it alrready photosensitive?

Boomer, it's already mixed.  I definitely recommend this emulsion to anyone doing plastisol printing who also has a decent exposure unit.

I'm not sure it would work with the halogen lamp that ryonet sends out with their basic starter kits.  But it sure works good with a tabletop unit!

Even halftones come out very nice.  Plus, it just looks a little less sissy than pink!  Shocked Roll Eyes Grin  'course it is sorta baby blue... Undecided

Hmmmmm.  Wonder if they could make an emulsion in camo!!!!!!
