We pressed uniforms for a team and used digicut pro vinyl and it on a dazzle cloth uniform.  Polyester but with a dazzle finish.   pressed them and they looked great, but after a wash or two the letters started to peel up.  We followed the recommendations for the vinyl as far as heat and pressure.  If I recall it was 305 for 30 seconds.    Why would they peel.  Should we use a higher temp.... any help would be greatly appreciated.

I recommend you contact the company that sold you the product.

it was coastal business, seems like we talked with them and the just give us the generic settings that they send out.   Hoped someone has some recommendations that work with the digicut pro on that type of fabric.  would a higher heat cause better adhesion......
