I have always used multicut from joto & really like it, but have found a supplier that will ship thermoflex for free if my order reaches a certain dollar level, cant remember what it was now.
Looking to save the pennies where i can these days....
I hate paying shipping on my supplies, i get free shipping on everything but apparel vinyl & if thermoflex is as good or better the multicut, i am willing to make the switch.

So is thermoflex as good or even better then multicut? that is the question i ask all......

charles....multicut & roger's weed are very similar, so how would you rate thermoflex versus roger's weed? Does it cut & weed as good? How about the hand & durability of the finished product? Thanks for your input

I have tried other vinyl and always come back to either Multi cut or Roger's weed. Just works better, easier to weed and no issues...AND they come in 20 inch wide rolls

As far as I know Multi Cut and Thermo-Flex are both made by Politape and are the identical product.....

www.heattransferwarehouse.com has both ThermoFlex and Siser Easyweed for 32.50 for 5 yards and with 150.00 order they ship free.

Uncle R, I've only used Thermoflex exclusively since I began in 2006.  I have recently tried some of stahls films.  I still like thermoflex the best.

I've not used roger weed, so I can't comment on it.  But, you can't go wrong in my opinion with thermoflex, although I wish I could get it in 20" rolls.

Multicut all the way.  Of course the real answer is to try it and see - esp since no real negatives have been posted.

One of the reasons I use Rogers Vinyl in a 20 inch roll, is it does not shrink in the dryer when on the garment,,

So you dont get that ripple feel after a couple drys,,, and washes..

I have used several types of vinyl films including most of those mentioned in the previous posts. I like the Stahls super film because of its thin and feels just like screen printing but the pressing/removing process is not consistent for all the colors.

The best one I have used, and continue to use it is Ecofilm. A little heavier than Stahls super film but I have to say I've never had a problem applying this material and its very durable.

I've got customers coming back 4 years later and wanting more shirts made up, not because the print wore out but because the shirts are worn out...prints look perfect yet.

I don't recommend it for large pieces (on t-shirts), but for text and small graphics it works great.

I guess that I should have asked the supplier today when I had them on the phone. I have been using Siser Easyweed but had a job pop up at the last minute so I needed something quick. The place local to me sells Thermoflex and on their site they listed and priced 20"X5yd rolls of thermoflex plus.
