Lou, how do you do it?  Your mug press has an awesome price.  Are other companies greedy, or are there some differences I haven't noticed which acct for some of the price differences?

And didn't you (Lou) or Roger used to sell a multi-function press?  I don't find one on your sites....?

I am sure multi function presses are still around and going fine. I don't know if either Lou or Roger has or had them...or can get them...but just for what it is worth...I am not fond of them as I have had friends with some less than stellar experiences with them.  If you have a malfunction with the power base, you are out all until fixed.

I would rather buy the inexpensive units from someone like Lou ...besides aren't all the multifuntion units less than 15x15?  That would be enough to turn me away... JMO

Hi guys, I have Lou's hat press, mug press, and just received his 16 x 20 press....its a hum dinger! I just recently had time to experiment with the mug press and it is an excellent press. I highly recommend his presses. They are built very solid, easy to operate with perfect results, and are the best prices you'll find. In October 2010, I purchased GCC Puma3 from Roger...Lou now sells Gcc cutters...and this cutter is amazingly awesome. Anyone would be happy to have any of these cutters or heat presses. Thanks.

What i do for caps, is

1.rhinestones
2.foil
3.transfers  (if you have a image that has a big image and a small left chest image and you acutally want the big image on the chest , save the small one and put it on a hat)
4.heatpressvinyl  colors and glitter and halographic specitly viny
5. twill and flock

I dont screen any hats as you have to have a special screen,, and not sure how to burn that baby.... it is curved like the hat

And sublimation (directly onto poly caps and maybe the fabric from enmart with adhesive backing - haven't tried that yet) and I'm working on some embroidery (oversized patches on bills or partially on the bills where my machine can't stitch)

normally when doing mugs you are using sublimation process....different ink, paper and the mugs need to have polymer coating and straight sides

So the ink that I use for t-shirt printing is not the same ink for the mug?
