Looks interesting.  I've been using thermofax for screens.  What is the cost of this new process?

If this is the stencil for screen printing paper. I find this very interesting. Would be so much easier. Would like to see how well it actually prints and how long a run you can do.

That does look neat and would be much easier for simple spot colors.  I wouldn't be surprised if someday soon you will also be able to print halftones utilizing this.  But, by the time you block out the stencil and everything it will be higher priced to produce your screens I'm thinking.

But, it is neat.  Hopefully they will make it more affordable and compatable with halftones.  Then it would be the really cool stuff!

Looks like it runs $3 to $3.50 per sheet for 11x17.
I need a sample or two.

How do you remove the stencil when ready with the printing?

You remove the stencil with a pressure washer to remove the coating and a de-ghosting solution, if needed.

Yes those are the exact plans that I started with. I have changed them some by finding a base at Harbor freight. Redesigning the hinges to a method of my own, placing the springs in a different method and building my own clamps. The turntable part is readily available from www.woodcraft.com for just  over $8.00. It is very easy to cut and construct with any basic woodworking knowledge. So far I have just over $100.00 in mine and all I have to do is finish the clamps. I am also designing and building my own screen stretcher and setting up to build my own screens. This project is kind of on the back burner right now because I have too many arms in the fire right now. I will finish it sometime soon and post pics. We are currently contemplating purchasing a building in the town where our shop is and if we get lucky I will have an entire second story to dedicate to my apparel business. Right now I am out of room and doing too many things.

I am also building an exposure box, however you can use a halogen light like you buy at Lowes. Just takes longer to expose.
