Good, at least part of the problem is corrected. If they tear off the roof to repair do you have to stay with a flat roof or can you add a small pitch ? Of course, now that I live someplace with no snow, I guess they would have to take in account snow loads too. Oh, don't listen to me, I'm rambling.

I have Great news,, I got word today that My roof and trusses and damage due to , much rain sitting on our roof,,  will be covered,, minus the depreacation and deductable,,,, woohoooooooooo

That is awesome news,, for us,,

As the Work was going to be around $55to $65 Thousand,,,,

yes,, what a relief,,,,,, everything was on hold untill i knew what would or would not be covered,,,

Now i need to put my 2 tenants up in a hotel,  and get their stuff in storage,,, for a month or so,

As soon as the builder applies for the building permit,, The city will slap a Sticker on that part of my building as condemmed as structure damage is unliveable,,,

I also need to close my tshirt shop for that month, as it is below the apt,, i need to evacuate.

Well i still will run the salon next door,,
My son runs the tshirt shop, so i will have him go home to work on work for me there,, lol
That way he wont miss out on pay..
I can bring the cordless phone over to the salon,,, so we can still take orders and calls,,

It could however get interesting,, answering to cordless phones,,,, for 2 different buisness's..

but I am up for a challange..... keeps thing interesting

Well Half of my Roof is gone,,,, The demollition started yesterday,,,,

It seems i had another roof under that one,,, and if i would not have,, it all would have caved in,,, the builder just told me
Whewww thank you for not having that happen.

The tshirt has been closed as it is under the same roof as the demo is going on,,

I brought my bling tees and breast cancer awareness tees over to the salon,,
and we have a beautiful sunny day, today yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

I've done that in the past.  Only got mixed up a few times, and everyone who I talked to understood.  It can get confusing.  It does help if the two phones look different.  Gives you a visual cue.
