So far for rhinestones I use 2 applications,
I set by hand and I make rhinestone Templates, I will post some pics, of each so you can see what i am talking about

this is rhinestone template and you push the stones into the holes and then apply hotfix tape to pick them up and then press them on a shirt

there is another way, with a cam system, machne that picks the stones up and sets them onto the hotfix tape for you,  it is wonderful and comes with a wonderful price as well..
I do not have this machine,, In my dreams,  I do,,,lol

Yes Dad I do use my cutter for the templates,
I have another system on the way as well...

I would love to learn how to do rhinestones and how to make templates with my vinyl cutter.  Please keep the info coming!

You can cut a Rhinestone template if your cutter has enough force, I use a us cutter refine,
The most important thing tho is not can your cutter cut the template, material, but Can you make the design,, the dot pattern,  to cut.
Das sells a system some like and some do not,,  I personally made my own programs, with every program, i own, and it has taken me a year to figure out how to do this,,
I have however have being shipped to me as of yesterday a new flat bed cutter and software that does not require corel or any other graphic program, i dont know how it will work, yet,,, but you know i will let everyone know,, how it works, from the reports it works like a dream,, but i will give a full report as i find things out,,
all dots need to be in eps form for your cutter,, If someone does not want to do there own, patterns, pm me and i can direct you to in that...
the material that is cut, is a sanblast material,, used as a stencil,
for sandblasting.
