Could someone help me ,i have been purchasing cad printz and cad cuts from stahls.
Is their a more economical way of printing on color shirts.I have been purchasing thermo film.
Once you purchase the Tees ,printz, shipping, not much profit margin left...

Any help will be appreciated.

If you can afford a vinyl cutter you can cut your own themofilm. Stahls price for precut costs a lot more than cutting it yourself. I use to buy precut from Stahls before I bought my vinyl cutter. I have a lot of the precut left over and untouched. That is what happens when buying precut. You tend buy a lot to get the best discount. Then you don't use the rest. You can buy thermofilm by the foot. Shop around for vinyl cutter and supply. There are vendors that are much cheaper than Stahls.

you can buy a GCC Expert 24 vinyl cutter for about $350 from www.heatpressvinyl...and get a 1 yr warranty. GCC is a good firm and Roger will treat you right....with this cutter (no optic eye) you can do the cuts you are now buying already made

If you have a Graphtec cutter the cutting information can be sent directly from CorelDraw using Cutting Master plugin. It is not necessary to translate to an intermediate format. Translating or exporting to another format is just another added step. Send the CDR vector data directly to the cutter via the plug in.

We purchased a US Cutter LP 24 for $410 with shipping and it paid for itself on the first job. We are currently doing 200 shirts with one color vinyl for less than the cost of screen printing.
